Step up your self-care game and do something you love today.
There are SO many ways to look after yourself but I love dedicating a part of my day to at least an hour of self-care, and when Sunday rolls around I try to give myself even more me-time.
Without giving ourselves any self-care we can become stressed and feel burnt out and so doing something you love will result in you waking up fresher the next morning, allowing you to start the day full of energy!
Here are my top 7 self-care activities:
#1. Dance
Put on your favourite feel-good playlist and dance away in your bedroom, switch off from the world around you and have a good time.
#2. Meditate
When you focus on your breathing it will remove the distraction of any worries — a great way to calm your mind.
#3. Take A Bath
One of the best things you can do to relax. Dig out the bath salts, put on some relaxing music, maybe even a candle and just relax.
