Setting your intentions is a powerful way of determining your growth and finding your inner strength. Your intentions can be anything that you want, giving you the power to become whoever you want to be.

Setting a daily intention is more than setting yourself a goal; you’ve got to live, breathe, sleep and eat everything that you desire to empower your mind. A fundamental part of setting and creating your daily intentions is to know that yours will look different from everyone else’s.

Find some alone time and ask yourself what’s most important to you.

If you want to foster the mindset of establishing the practice of daily intentions, here are some ways to keep you on track:

Share Your Intentions With A Loved One

Sharing what you want with another person will help keep you focused. You’re more likely to hold yourself accountable and encourage you to become extra clear on what you want.

Practice Gratitude

Practicing gratitude will not only allow you to be grateful for what you already have in the present moment but also for what you want to attract. You will start to anticipate and be thankful in advance.

Say Your Intentions Out Loud

Repetition is key here! Every morning make sure to speak your intentions out loud to yourself. Stating your intentions out loud can help you more easily accomplish them because it’ll leave you with less room for failure. Saying “I intend” is way more impactful and believable than saying “I hope”.

Write Down Your Intentions Before Sleeping

Writing down your intentions before you sleep helps your mind focus on something specific before going to sleep. The act of writing brings the energy of your thoughts into a physical form. Seeing this physical form makes it easier for your mind to accept these intentions.
